This is an in-person assessment of your interior and exterior space. A consultation typically takes between 2-3 hours, depending on the size of your home.

Inside Out Homescaping provides you with a detailed 19-page Action Plan Report and walks you through the specific recommendations and suggestions on how to best prepare your home for sale.

You will receive advice on de-personalizing your space, removing any clutter, and repositioning your existing furniture to improve the traffic flow. If any of your rooms are particularly dark, repainting in light, neutral colours will be suggested. Following all of the recommendations will go a long way in helping your home to sell faster and for more money.

You have the option of doing all the work yourself, or we would be happy to assist with any or all aspects. 

Cost: $200 + HST

This fee is often paid by the Real Estate Agent as a value-added service for their clients.
